Digital Plate-Line Electrostatic Oil Fume Purifier 01

This digital plate-line electrostatic oil fume purifier is designed for restaurant kitchen exhaust where grease aerosol and cooking smoke need to be removed before discharge. The plate-type collecting field provides serviceable oil smoke capture for regular cooking lines with manageable maintenance access.

Best-Fit Applications

ApplicationOil Smoke ConditionWhy This Model Fits
Restaurant cooking lineMedium grease and oil smokePlate-line structure provides a practical balance of capacity and cleaning access.
Canteen exhaustMixed cooking smoke from multiple stovesDigital control helps monitor operating status and maintenance needs.
Small commercial kitchenLimited equipment spaceSuitable for standard ducted kitchen exhaust layouts.

What It Does and Does Not Remove

Electrostatic oil fume purification is designed for grease aerosol, oil smoke and fine cooking particles. It does not replace correct hood capture, fire safety cleaning, duct design or final odor treatment when strong cooking odor remains. For odor-sensitive locations, UV or activated carbon polishing may be added after oil smoke removal.

System Layout

A typical kitchen exhaust system includes capture hood, grease filter, electrostatic oil fume purifier, fan, ductwork and discharge outlet. The purifier should be installed where maintenance access is practical because collecting cells need regular cleaning to keep efficiency and airflow stable.

Selection Parameters

Odor targetOil smoke only or odor-sensitive dischargeDecides whether UV or carbon polishing is needed.

Common Mistakes

  • Choosing equipment by nominal airflow without checking actual hood capture.
  • Installing the unit where electrostatic cells cannot be removed for cleaning.
  • Expecting oil fume purification to solve all cooking odor by itself.
  • Using too small a fan for long ducts and high pressure drop.

Quotation Data to Prepare

Send kitchen type, cooking equipment list, hood size, airflow if known, duct route, installation space, discharge location, voltage and destination country. Photos or layout drawings help PureAirTek recommend the right purifier structure and capacity.
