This plate-line electrostatic oil fume purifier is positioned for kitchens with heavier cooking smoke or longer operating hours. It is used when standard grease filters are not enough and the exhaust system needs active electrostatic collection before the fan or discharge outlet.

What It Does and Does Not Remove

Electrostatic oil fume purification is designed for grease aerosol, oil smoke and fine cooking particles. It does not replace correct hood capture, fire safety cleaning, duct design or final odor treatment when strong cooking odor remains. For odor-sensitive locations, UV or activated carbon polishing may be added after oil smoke removal.
